Chef Tony was born and raised on the south side of Chicago. He spent his summer in Tunica, Mississippi working in his grandparents’ restaurant.


His love for food lead his path to The Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago where he graduated with honors. Believing a good Managers should be well rounded.


He attended Oakland City University and received a bachelor’s degree in business administration.


Chef Tony has worked in the hospitality industry for more than twenty-five years as a District Chef, Executive Chef and a General Manager. Managing and cooking in health care and higher education.
